Booking & Payment
All rides are confirmed once payment or a deposit is received. Full payment or deposit is required to secure your reservation. Extra stops, waiting time, or special requests may incur additional charges.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancel at least 48 hours before your ride for a full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.

  • No-shows will be charged in full.

Service & Availability
We operate based on vehicle availability. Delays or cancellations may occur due to traffic, weather, or maintenance, and we will notify you promptly.

Passenger Conduct
All passengers must behave responsibly. Service may be refused or terminated for illegal activity, harassment, or damage to the vehicle.

Liability
WatKings Limo Services is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.

Special Requests
We’ll do our best to accommodate requests for specific chauffeurs, vehicles, or amenities, but they cannot be guaranteed.

Privacy
Your information is used solely to provide our services and will not be shared without consent.
